This is an empty mod file that contains the necessary info file for a mod file. This file will not be updated, and you can freely add the functional mods you want to modify inside, avoiding the trouble of loading multiple mods and fulfilling all your wishes at once. It differs from directly adding mods to the local mod folder in that the mod manager can be used to manage sorting.
