NonLethalBind Dialogue Tweaks

By default with chair5768's NonLethalBind mod, Torque will play her "arrest failed" dialogue whenever she binds or sustains a bind on an enemy without actually killing them. This can sound a bit awkward because the lines don't really make complete sense in this context, so this mod adds a new dialogue rule that only plays for binding.

This is done by taking her normal bind ability usage lines and having them trigger when failing to arrest a bound enemy. By default, she'll say lines both when binding an enemy initially and when sustaining a bind but this might be repetitive for some folks (although admittedly, this isn't really too far off from the game's existing level of jank), so please see the config file for options to adjust how the mod handles the bind lines.

The config file will let you toggle between 3 separate methods of handling for what should be done for Torque's default bind ability activation lines.

Naturally, this mod serves little to no purpose unless you have NonLethalBind enabled alongside it. All it'll do in that case is mess with how her default bind lines work.

There are still a couple of rare cases where the incorrect lines play though I've only encountered it a few times and haven't had time to attempt to reproduce the problem. If you encounter this, do let me know what happened at the time.

Besides that, I've not actually worked with the XCOM SDKs before but this was an interesting way to get started. Do let me know if there's anything you'd like to see tweaked or changed and I'd be happy to look into it.

This mod doesn't override anything and as far as I know shouldn't really have any compatibility issues with anything else (I played a majority of the game with this mod enabled and encountered no problems with my own mod list) but you can never be too sure.
