Description
Do you want a more organized police force with more to offer? This is for you! This will provide template characters with uniforms, a variety of ranks going from no insignia to Chief (Only 1 star instead of 4 as a design choice), including service bars from 1 to 5, and also branch pins for officers who have previously served in the military! The department also have a SWAT team with and without protection using robot parts.

IN CASE OF UPDATES!!!: (VERY IMPORTANT)
If the game updates, keep in mind that your officers' uniforms may be messed up due to additions of new items for customization. I highly suggest creating a list of your officers names and their ranks to properly fix them in order to avoid promoting and demoting them OR using the roster I've provided in the MDickie Police Department folder located in the BepInEx plugin folder.

(You do not have to read recommendations or any other extra stuff below. I know this is a lot.)

Recommended Rank Structure:
Chief x1
Captain x2 (1 for normal and SWAT)
Lieutenant x4 (2 for normal and SWAT)
Sergeant III x8 (4 for normal and SWAT)
All ranks below (Your choice)

Recommended Promotion & Demotion Structure:
If an officer gets an arrest, they will be promoted. If the player arrests an officer and wins the case, the officer will be demoted and the player will be promoted (Consequence applies to the player as well). If you follow the recommended rank structure and for example, you arrest the Chief, win the case, and all rank slots are filled, they are demoted to Sergeant II. If you or another officer is arrested, lose the case, and is sent to prison, you must start over when you return to the force.

Making use of the Chain of Command:
Going by the recommended rank structure and having NoMoreMissions installed, you can ask certain officers to give you tasks. If you are a Sergeant II and below, you could report to officers who are Sergeant III. Sergeant III reports to Lieutenants. Lieutenants reports to Captains. Captains reports to the Chief. Normal and SWAT officers can't report to each other.

Could you make different type of uniforms, like maybe a one with textured duty belt, or one with a cuff on his belt as a texture. it would be awesome to have it

Even if I could. Every single officer who joins would have a blank uniform intentionally, so you'd still have to promote them.

I'm not even sure if I could do that. It doesn't take long to replace the uniforms and this is coming from someone who likes to maintain the number of 45 officers.

can you upload a version that automatically replaces all of the guards with versions of them wearing these uniforms? this mod seems interesting but im far too lazy to go through and manually replace the uniform for every guard in the prison

Could you make british uniforms just like the one there was in hard time 2d, it would be really great to have one just like in hard time.

I think it’s like overwear 90 and up? They’ve added all sorts of safety vests that override your textures

Yes they are, I don’t have access to my pc rn - but iirc it’s some of the variation templates. Half of the police i’s and ii’s. Half of the sgts and so on
