Vampire / Wight King Bug Fix

Description
Fixes one of the oldest bugs in the game that gave the Wight King's abilities to Vampire heroes.

Wight Kings given Immortal Will and Dark Benediction as intended per the icon and description.

Vampire heroes now have the same Blood Lust and Red Fury abilities given to Vampire Lords.

Affects both campaign and custom battle.

It also looks better without the cartoon textures they added in WH3

Thanks! I sometimes like to go back to this one instead of WH3. It has less content, but it feels like a tighter experience.
