I don't believe in Belgium

Description
We all know that HoiIV for some unknow reason added this not real country - Belgium, and this mod fixes this mistake, so that HoiIV can be more historicaly accurate, and fixes this mistake by removing this made up country called "Belgium".

what is the poitn of this mod.... i dont think belgium even exists in real life
