Minecraft Footsteps

Description
Replaces the footstep sounds with:

Leather - Basic stone walking noise

Iron - Above + Heavy footstep sounds from Dynamic Surroundings 1.12

Steel - Above + Heavy run sounds from Dynamic Surroundings 1.12

Can be fairly quiet due to how brief they are. Making them any louder proved to be annoying, so I decided against it.
