Huggy Wuggy

Description
Play as huggy wuggy or kissy missy in this wacky and awesome mod.

Happy april fools ha ha ha, it's about 2 weeks late because I committed way too hard to this stupid bit.

Gameplay

Huggy wuggy is a heavy weight that has great range and kill power with a very strong grab game, but suffers from having to space properly some of his strongest attacks, with a poor and exploitable recovery

Overview

Nspecial: mini huggy spit
Grounded:
Huggy spits out a mini huggy wuggy that pops on impact, this mini huggy can be angled depending on the direction you hold, and you can hold the move to shoot it farther. If this huggy however, touches the ground, it will stay standing on that spot, letting you hit it to reactivate its projectile property, this can be used to extend combos or further control the trajectory of the mini huggy for more precise hits. You can only have one huggy out at a time.
Aerial:
In the air, it no longer shoots out mini huggies, but instead becomes a powerful hit upwards that increases in power the longer you hold it.

Fspecial: The hugging train
For this move, huggy quickly dashes forward with his hands extended, if you hit someone while in this state, you will grab them and throw them downwards. This move is a powerful tool to extend combos or create tech chases, while also being a devastating move offstage if done low enough.

Dspecial: Uhh slap and clap(?)
Grounded:
While on the ground, huggy will slap the ground with all his might, creating a shockwave which becomes a mighty tool to catch rolls, but that's not all, this move is jump cancellable after the first couple of frames, turning into one of huggy's best combo tools. It serves as one of his greatest combo starters, while also being a good combo extender from its wide hitbox. This move also interacts with the mini huggies, making them jump in place eveytime you hit the ground, letting you control the space they are in.
Aerial:
While airborne, this move becomes a powerful clap that stops your momentum, being a good mix up option for his recovery, while also being a very strong finisher.

Uspecial: Reach for a hug
Grounded:
On the ground, this move is one of huggy's most complex. Huggy reaches out for a wholesome hug, starting a grab if you land it. While grabbing the opponent you get access to new actions, 4 throws each by inputting a different direction, a pummel and a special pummel.
The pummel is a way to quickly sneak in extra damage, while the special pummel is more committal, taking extra time but doing more damage than the regular pummel, knowing when to use which is the key to doing as much damage as possible before a throw, but beware, if the opponent predicts which pummel you'll do they will be able to break free, so remember to never be predictable or you'll lose the chance to do more damage.
The 4 throws each have their own different uses, consisting of a fast, weak back throw for combos, a down throw that leads to aerial follow ups, a strong supplex for the up throw that lets you jump onto platforms, and an fthrow that is the main kill throw.
Aerial:
Huggy's recovery is anything but conventional, for the aerial up special, huggy reaches with his arm upwards, grabbing onto the ledge of the stage. This being his main weakness by not letting him recover high or from far enough, although to compensate, huggy gets a few frames of invincibility once he grabs ledges, and you can jump, get up or roll onto the stage. Besides just this, however, huggy can try and reach for an opponent, in which case he'd quickly close the gap while being fully actionable, setting for some cool aerial combos, that said, the ledge always gets priority over the opponent when trying to recover.

This was supposed to be a joke mod but it took me way too much for no real reason. I hope you hate it.

Huggy wuggy, kissy missy and poppy playtime are properties of mob entertainment.

You don't have to apologize, we all make mistakes one point or another. I can't wait for any future patches with this character! Genuinely am having fun playing this character :)

@Kaptain Kaleb omg you're right I'm so sorry, he was originally going to have one but I changed my mind near the end so I forgot to remove that bit, I'll change it whenever I get to patching the character, hopefully soon-ish

This is genuinely a great, balanced mod. One thing I'd like to point out though is the fact that in the little character information button on the selection screen, it says he has a cargo throw despite the lack of a cargo throw.

yo bro i have a suggestion. OK so what if you did the small smiling critters but they are interchangeable and all have there own moves? (like Pokemon trainer in ssbu)

Hey I know this won't change much but could you change the ground upspecial hitbox to be stretch a bit on the lower half? Not too much but like maybe just a little, I notice that some smaller characters can approach you and this move missed entirely . But wouldn't want to be stretched too much to the point of being used as an edgeguard. Also is aerial upspecial meant to do almost no stun? I understand it does no damage, but I've done testing, and if you just mash attack when you get hit, you can easily punish him. You also get punished if you hit aerial upspecial during an opponent's attack or during their aerial, I was even able to not often put him into the blast zone off the top for trying it. I don't know whether it be better to just let the aerial upspecial to act out attack quicker, or just give it a little bit of stun to fix it. But that's the only think I think could be changes, other than that he's been fleshed out.
