Make sure mod is loaded after VFE in mod load order!

This was made for a personal server, if people are interested I'll add detailed info on weight changes. The basic version is all weapons with weight 4.x and 3.x are reduced to 2.x
An example would be the shotgun usually weighs 4.0 and using this mod would now weigh 2.0
