Blackouts [OLD]

Description
OLD VERSION!!! New version can be found here

- Adds a small chance for power outages to occur randomly at any time of day, and for the power to come back on after a while. Customizable in sandbox settings.
- Adds a 1 point cost trait that spawns you with a hand torch.
- The permanent shutoff date still happens, based on the random shutoff date from vanilla, but it can be overridden with my mod in sandbox settings.

Recommended with The Long Night and other horror mods!

Single-Player Only

I had other ideas planned initially, but haven't worked on this mod in months, so I'm uploading it as is.

the last should be easy to solve, prevent to hapens until 7 days, also should change vanilla settings to prevent less than 7 days. i will check the scheduling, i didnt notice cose im not sit watching tv normally, for me mybe its better

it doesnt work in multiplayer and it messes with tv and radio scheduling in single player

the mod works, but it still has the bugs many people have reported. i have not touched the mod in a long time but i would like to try to improve it one day (not in the near future)

it does not work in multiplayer according to many users, and it seems to mess with tv and radio scheduling.

thank you to everyone who uses and enjoys this mod! if someone can make something that works without the mentioned bugs im sure the community will appreciate it

Also just played recently and the mod still seems to be working. Probably just the author has decided not to maintain it anymore.

I had enjoyed several playthroughs using your mod. It mixes up the early game and gives a sense of realism instead of power just being on all the time until the shutoff.
