Elma from Dragon Maid with some added animations and VHS effects.

First Wallpaper. Relatively low effort. Watched one tutorial for something that didn't even work on the base image. Just trying stuff out!

Suprisingly enough this turned better than a good amount of random wallpapers I have tried.
