Submod for CheesyRamen's Tier 4 and 5 Infrastructure Buildings

I've also added names for the T4/5 infrastructure buildings since CheesyRamen did not give them names yet ( this naming process took me forever :') ) The building short description is till the same as T3 though, for the moment.

From left to right
Tier 4 farm: Agricultural City District
Tier 5 farm: Landed Aristocracy (the naming comes from T3 farm Landed Estate. The owners of a Landed Estate were also called the Landed Gentry in the UK long time ago. BUT although they were rich land/property owners that had enough money to never work in their life, they technically did not belong to the aristocracy. The creme de la creme in that sense were the Landed Aristocrats who combined the two concept of having a Landed Estate and being part of the Aristocracy.)

Tier 4 industry: Shopping Boulevard
Tier 5 industry: Fashion Exhibition Hall (Dedicated to the famous World Expo in Belgium which left us with the Atomium and the one in France which left us with the Eifeltower for example)

Tier 5 tavern: Exquisite Hotel

Tier 5 roads: Armoured Patrol
