Louisville Mall Base

Take over an old Rich cooks house. This man was obsessed with the end of the world. Spent every last dime he had to make a house he'd be able to survive forever in. A Small fortress with all the comforts of a home. Its a true shame he died right as the outbreak happened. Maybe now you will be able to live here. How long will it be before you meet the same fate.


This is a base located just outside of the Grand Ohio Mall. The base offers space for a solo or small group of friends who plan on surviving a long time; In Style.

  • An infirmary for all your medical needs
  • A Moderately sized garage to park your vehicles
  • A small gym to prepare your body for the unforgiving apocalypse
  • A Fairly large armory
  • A Large room for storage or to turn into whatever your heart desires

This map was made for a play through i was doing on release and was meant for the small group I was playing with. I have another map in the works that is meant to house more people and will be in a better place when it comes to map travel.

There are plans to update this map. Once i get the new mapping tools i will be doing a simple update to get the map working on the new build. Then i will go back through and add a slew of new things for player to experience. I really enjoy the idea of a bunker and will be sure to have a lil surprise for you when the rework comes. I do want to preface that my main focus at this time is to finish and release a new base. The complete rework for this map will come after the release of that. No fear though i will be getting this working for the new build as soon as i can get my hands on the new mapping tools. I will also slowly make progress towards the rework for this mod while focusing on the new base to try and get both out as quickly as I can. I very much appreciate you playing the map and leaving a comment. All suggestions are welcome and will be taken into consideration.:cozytreshcone:

are you planning too add a bunker like in march ridge and a place for animals now that build 42 is out ?

I like this but why not putting the spawn location inside the building itself?

Chromaa check to see if you have any map mods that may be conflicting with the maps location (46x4 for the actual house). Also try loading just this map mod by itself to see if that fixes the issue. I am able to see the map when loading it alone. If that is the case for you after trying check for conflicts.

Having an issue where the location appears on the map, but it doesnt exist when i go to it.

The game thinks its there, but its not

The new base is also based off of real world blueprints so I hope this choice will also lead to a better overall structured home.

Thank you very very much nerdal im glad your problem was solved and extremely glad to hear you like the base!!! Keep your eyes peeled for shortly after build 42 as I’ll have another house/base for you to hopefully enjoy as much as this one. Will be a lil more mansion based than straight loaded base, so hopefully that pleases the masses might also do two versions One with sectioned rooms like this and one set up as a standard home for people to morph
