No Food Rot for Betabound Food!

Description
This mod prevents Betabound food from rotting! It is future-proofed because it sets `/betabound.config:rotFood` (a value which Betabound checks when determining if an item should rot) to `false`.

This only affects Betabound food! It does not affect vanilla food!
Betabound foods use the vanilla rot script, so mods which disable food rotting by altering it will also affect Betabound food.

P.S: If you uninstall the mod, all affected food will begin to rot though their rot times will be renewed.
