Описание
Skyhook from BioShock Infinite.

Ported from a model for XNALara, found here:

The front section can rotate independently. Each claw, the leather sleeve, the trigger, and the wingnut on the left side are poseable.

It's been a long time since I've touched anything from XNALara or SFM, but I think you should look for XPS Tools for Blender.

There's no hexing involved, and the process is pretty straightforward: import .mesh.ascii into Blender, fix scale and clean up bones/mesh where necessary, then export using Blender Source Tools. Then write a VMT for it and convert textures to VTF format.
