Ústí řeky Bilinska bylo dlouhou dobou sporné území mezi Sovětským svazem a jeho imperialistickým sousedem Westreichem. Po válce byl region obsazen SSSR a původní obyvatelstvo bylo vystěhováno. Region sloužil roky jako vojenský újezd a kvůli tomu byla zbourána veškerá infrastruktura i budovy a od té doby oblast chátrá. Od poloviny 50. let se Westreichská vláda pokoušela navázat kontakt se Sovětským svazem. Velká lidová diplomacie díky těmto stykům dosáhla obrovských úspěchů a také dal za vznik experimentu "Republika Tririeky," která bude financována oběma státy. Republika Tririeky se má stát nezávislou socialistickou republikou, kolébkou Socialismu a výspou přátelských vztahů mezi východem a západem.
Vaším úkolem je chopit se vedení této nové republiky a ukázat našim imperiálním sousedům, jak vybudovat samostatnou a mírumilovnou společnost.

The mouth of the Bilinska River has long been a disputed territory between the Soviet Union and its imperialist neighbor Westreich. After the war, the region was occupied by the USSR and the original population was evicted. The region served as a military district for years and because of this all the infrastructure and buildings were demolished and since then the area has been falling into disrepair. From the mid-1950s, the Westreich government attempted to establish contact with the Soviet Union. Great People's Diplomacy achieved great success thanks to these contacts and also gave rise to the "Republic of Tririeka" experiment, which will be financed by both states. The Republic of Tririeka is to become an independent socialist republic, the cradle of Socialism and an island of friendly relations between East and West.
It is your job to take charge of this new republic and show our imperial neighbors how to build an independent and peaceful society.
