Description
Hey mercs,

I caught wind of a lot of big things getting done, so I thought I'd reserve us a table over at that high class venue on 7th street! No worries, I'll work my charm to make sure to get us in. I also decided to bring over some classy celebratory arrangements in the form of weapons!

Don't exactly know what it IS that's being celebrated, but I'm sure there's a lot to be celebrated around this time!
