hello (๑╹◡╹)ノ”, I am the mod author :Yukino; This time I bring you this very powerful and unbalanced mod!
It consists of 2 mod parts, (Pirate ship Nomad building effect) and (Town building effect)!


Next, let me briefly introduce some specific functions!


1: Unlocks spells for all of your named characters while in a Level 5 town in the Graveyard of the Burials Ship: (Kraken Drag)


2: Unlock spells for all your named characters while in a Satusha Level 5 town: (Revenge of Advanced Waghurst)


3: Tip 2: The cover of the Vampire Pirate Fleet requires you to subscribe to the mod with this link below:

4: The following introduces some basic building effects:
(Basic construction)
Port sequence
(Pirate Port)Lv3:
Allowed to recruit heroes: Vampire Fleet captains

Port revenue: +600

Development rate: +6

Port revenue value: +3%
(All provinces)

Hero Recruitment Capacity: Captain Vampire Fleet +2

Newly recruited Hero Level: Captain Vampire Fleet +1
(Faction range)


When the total Treasury value of the round is higher than 5000:
Add walls to the town
(Location)

When control is higher than >0:
Weapon power: +3%

When the control power is above >50:
Ranged Power: +5%
(All our troops within the faction)

When control is equal to =100:
Replacement rate: +1% when located in foreign territory
(All our people in the faction)

With a population surplus of 5 points:
Diplomatic position: +10 Diplomacy with Vampire Coast and Vampire Count
(Faction range)



Developmental sequence
(Pirate Gallows)Lv3:
Development rate: +60

Control: +3
(Province)

Probability of success for enemy heroes: -30%
(Enemy figures in your province)


When the total Treasury value of the round is higher than 5000:
New Troop level: Troops recruited by Self-exorcist Undead +2

When control is higher than >0:
Undead Resurrection: Probability of destroyed troops recovering after war +30%

When the control power is above >50:
Undead Revives: Destroyed troops recover +60% of their health after the battle

When control is equal to =100:
Cost of exorcising the dead: -10%

(Meat Market)Lv2:
Survival income: +500


When the total Treasury value of the round is higher than 5000:
Weapon Power: Deep Sea Protection +20%

When the urban income is not less than 500:
Melee attack: +6
Melee Defense: +6

When the urban income is not less than 1000:
Long Range Resistance: Deep Sea Protector +15%

When the round develops above 200 or has a population surplus of 5 points:
Construction cost: All buildings -10%

(Buried Treasure Chest)Lv5:
Revenue: 500
When control is positive:
Fiscal revenue: +250

When the control force is not less than positive 25:
Undead Resurrection: Probability of destroyed troops recovering after war +50%

Accumulate more than 200 per round or have a population surplus of 5 points:
Local recruitment capacity: +3

When control is maintained at 100:
Global recruitment capacity: +1

Ransom income: +300

Control: +10

When control is equal to =100:
Value of all construction revenue: +10%

Armor Strength: -30

When the urban income is not less than 1000:
Weapons damage: -15

When the urban income is not less than 1500:
Long Range Damage: -5

Vampire Corrosion: +3
(Area wide)

Vampire corrosion near provinces: +6

When control is equal to =100:
Magic Wind Mana Reserve minimum: +1

When the urban income is not less than 500:
Magic Screen Health: +100

When the urban income is not less than 1000:
Magic Screen Refill rate: +2%
Magic Screen Replenishment delay: -2%

When the urban income is not less than 1500:
Magic Wind Mana Stock: +2 per turn

Buried treasure sequence:

Fiscal revenue: +750


When the total Treasury value of the round is higher than 5000:
Defense supply: +1000
(Province)

When the urban income is not less than 500:
Troop quality: +50%

When the urban income is not less than 1000:
Remote blocking probability: +25%

When the urban income is not less than 2000:
Health: +15%

With a population surplus of 5 points:
Combat Support time: +500%
