Add's the probable chance to hear distant emergency response sirens in certain urban soundscapes within L4D2 to give a more apocalyptic and eerie atmosphere

Any chance you could make distant gunfire? I understand theres already some in vanilla and on the workshop but the base game ones dont happen enough on maps like no mercy, dead center, and dead air, also the workshop ones arent the best either.
