Yeah, that's in the base game. Not caused by mods. Especially not texture mods.
I see you have rushed to write before checking something as simple as opening the game with and without the mod.
That would make you see that the mod doesn't add or subtract anything.... It just changes some textures.
And if you had more time, you would know that the option to change the hair or beard in-game with the "V" key, is limited depending on the type of hair and beard you use.

So you can write to TaleWorlds and tell them that they are doing their game wrong.

It does not add anything, it only improves the existing. So it doesn't affect any Bannerlord mechanics.
It plays as usual but with better quality beards and teeth.
All jokes aside, a pleasure to be of service... I have many personal corrections in my Bannerlord, I don't upload them because they are not appropriate and others are not to the taste of the community or Steam.
