MW2019: Default Medkit

Description
The default Medkit (a.k.a First Aid Kit), now on MW2019 animations.

NOTE:
  • This addon does not include any custom textures, sounds or models. Default game model and texture path are used. Therefore, it works with reskins.
  • The default defibrillator on MW2019 animations has already been done by mav, which you can download separately from this Dropbox link[www.dropbox.com].
