Avali Manipulator for Purchasable Manipulator Pack (does not replace default MM)

Description
This mod is a patch for "Avali Manipulator for Purchasable Manipulator Pack" by alexsal979 to make it work with Purchasable manipulator Pack by DrPvtSkittles work WITHOUT replacing the default Matter Manipulator. To obtain the Avali Manipulator you have to buy it at MM Craft Station for each tool (Mining, wiring, painting and inspection) at to be used with MM Configurator.
The standalone Avali Matter Manipulator is not required since it would defeat the purpose of this mod and would replace the default manipulator for all characters.

I feel the need to mention that I needed to be in Admin mode to get the manipulators, but that it otherwise worked perfectly. Thank you very much, this is exactly what I wanted from the Avali Manipulator pack!
