Scott Pilgrim is the strongest fighter in Toronto, and is here to kick @#$ now that Gideon has arrived in Rivals. A close-quarters combo-oriented character, Scott has lots of ways to cancel between Attacks and Specials, letting him juggle his opponents into next week! With the Power of Love, his bass guitar, and plenty of totally-original-not-copyright-protected-at-all attacks, Scott Pilgrim will knock you out of his precious little life!

Jab >> One-Two-Body Blow: A three-part jab that consists of a quick one-two punch, then a body blow to push the opponent back a bit. Every hit can be Tilt, Special and Strong canceled.

Side Tilt >> Forward Kick: A single strong kick forwards that pushes the opponent back.

Down Tilt >> Low Kick: A quick low kick that pops the opponent up slightly, and can be jump, Strong, and Special canceled out of if it hits. Great for poking and starting combos.

Up Tilt >> Ground Uppercut: An uppercut that pops the opponent up, and can be Special and Strong canceled.

Dash Attack >> Shoulder Tackle: Scott swings in with a body check, tackling the opponent to send them flying.



Side Strong >> Power of Love: Scott pulls out the Power of Love, a sword, and swings it to devastating effect.

Down Strong >> Headbutt: Scott rears his head back, before swinging it forwards to crush the opponent. It has soft armor, allowing Scott to take a hit.

Up Strong >> ＣＨＯＵ　ＦＵＫＩＡＧＥ: Scott performs a strong uppercut, invoking powerful flames to launch the opponent far and inflict burn.



Neutral Aerial >> Air Kick: A single jumping kick that has a strong initial hitbox, and a weaker late hitbox. Can be Special canceled.

Forward Aerial >> Throw (Throw): Scott grabs in front of him, and if he grabs an opponent, he throws them forward.

Downward Aerial >> Head Stomp: Scott’s legs light aflame as he divekicks downwards. The attack spikes and inflicts burn, and if he hits an opponent, Scott bounces upwards, putting Scott into a jump-like state where he can perform attacks, Specials, or, if he has it, his Double Jump.

Backward Aerial >> Back Spin Kick: A swinging overhead kick that Scott performs backwards, launching the opponent strongly.

Upward Aerial >> Missile Throw (Dunk): Scott grabs above him, and if he grabs an opponent, will throw them downwards at a sharp angle. Great for edgeguarding, but be careful not to use it too far off the stage, or you won't recover.



Neutral Special >> Bass Blast: Scott begins to play his bass guitar, performing multiple hits at his position, the first of which is the most powerful. By holding the button, Scott will continue to perform the move. In the air, Scott will instead perform...

Air Neutral Special >> Insta-Shield Attack: Also known as the “Double Spin Attack” in Japan, Scott will perform the Spin Attack in the air, briefly gaining invulnerability at the start of the attack. The first hit is also stronger, while the later hits are multi-hit but much weaker.

Side Special >> ＨＡＹＡＴＥ: Scott winds up, before dashing forwards, and if the button is held down, Scott will charge the move for longer. The more he charges it, the further he will travel and the more damage it will do. Hitting the move allows Scott to cancel with a Strong. In the air, Scott will instead perform...

Air Side Special >> Spin Shot: Scott performs a rolling jump forwards, dealing damage and bouncing Scott upwards after landing it. After hitting the move, Spin Shot can be canceled with aerial attacks, and can go into Pratfall by pressing the Parry button.

Down Special >> ＴＡＴＳＵＭＡＫＩ　ＳＥＮＰＵＵＫＹＡＫＵ: Scott performs a rapid spinning kick in place, dealing rapid damage and pulling the opponent in, before sending them flying. Can be Strong canceled. In the air, Scott will instead perform...

Air Down Special >> ＥＸ　ＴＡＴＳＵＭＡＫＩ　ＳＥＮＰＵＵＫＹＡＫＵ: Scott performs a rapid spinning kick at his current trajectory until he reaches the ground or jumps, disrupting any opponents with his attack along the way.

Up Special >> ＳＨＩＮ　ＳＨＯＲＹＵＫＥＮ: Scott performs a left punch, then a powerful, two-hit uppercut. The start up of the uppercut is briefly invincible. Scott’s most powerful finishing blow. If the button is held, or if used in the air, Scott will instead perform...

Up Special 2 >> ＳＨＯＲＹＵＫＥＮ: Scott performs a flaming uppercut, rising in the air. The start up is briefly invincible, and the attack hits multiple times before ending in a strong finish. Try to combo into this for a finishing blow. The attack also burns the opponent.

Side Taunt >> ＨＡＤＯＵＫＥＮ: Scott charges up before firing a fireball! This staggered-use projectile lets him keep opponents away and gives him a tool at range, while also looking really cool!
