To Install just Download this before MW Base or Descompile in your Garry's Mod Addon Folder.

If you took a moment to think, it's a gun from Modern Warfare Base, hence the modern warfare base muzzleflashes. You should try searching for MW Base pistols, as this gun comes in that pack. Along with many other pistols.
