Originally made as an ability for my new Magic SWEP, it's now a separate sci-fi weapon.

A very cool sci-fi cannon that freezes anything that moves.
Hold Left Click to charge beam.
Category: Weapons->Other

Features

Freezes NPCs and Players and prevents their movement and actions.
Some NPCs may still shoot or be active while still frozen.
Almost every frozen object can be shattered(even props and ragdolls) if taken enough damage.
Sometimes will insta-kill weak NPCs while keeping their physical frozen body (Can be carried with Gravity Gun)
Has two versions: unlimited and with limited ammo(Uses AR2 ammo)
Multiplayer support

Console Variables

"fr_freezeamount" - Freezing power for 0.1 seconds (Def. 1)
"fr_freezeamount_player" - Freezing power for players (Def. 0.4)
"fr_raydmg" - Freeze Ray energy damage for 0.1 seconds (Def. 1)
"fr_instakillchance" - Instant statue freeze chance (Def. 30)
"fr_npctoughness" - NPCs max health required for instakill (Def. 150)

The only problem I have with this freeze ray is the charge up gimmick, if you wanted to update you could add ConVars for it, but other than that, Nice Job.
