Description

This mod disabled all races' confederation penalty. Should be compatible with everything, but might be override by mods that edit confederation penalties.

With Elspeth, Gelt, and Volkmar no longer using the Fealty system to confederate, would you be able to integrate non-Franz Empire factions into your mod?
