Makes your citizens happy with you, and gives you an income boost so you can do just about anything you want! With this mod you can enact a policy that will give you a large some of money to overcome your deficit/debt and it will also boost how every group thinks of you. Liberals hate you? No problem, they now love you. Conservatives hatching a plot to assasinate you? Not anymore!
Basically you can find in the policies that you are able to enact. It isn't free (as in political capital) but you can change that in the Democracy 3 folder under Happiness (all mods in Democracy 3 are essentially made in an excel doc, so you just have to find the policy cost and change it to 0)
This is my first mod so go easy on me lol, I made it mostly for myself and on a whim posted it to the workshop.
