The facades of this houses were made exclusively of unplastered gray bricks, folded in three rows without external bandaging or in one row. A special futuristic look to the buildings is given by color inserts between the windows (green, red or gray), thanks to which the windows merge into continuous stripes. Several green houses on Toreza Street are dated (1967) from the ends at the level of the attic.
