Mega Man: Star Struck FU/FR patch

Description
This mod adds race bonuses to reploids and carbons from the Mega Man: Star Struck mod.
Should work with both FU and FR.

Changes:
Carbons added!
Previos version:
Reploids now have fall damage immunity
Mental resist decreased from -25% to -30%
