Description
Incredibly simple script to remove ear ringing from occuring.

I got the idea to make this after i saw a workshop addon do the same but requiring sv_cheats 1, which this does not.

Convar:
earringing_disable - Disables the ear ringing effect. - default: 1

you know what, I never thought I'd need this, but I think I'd enjoy this. thanks for creating it, especially since I doubt some people who ACTUALLY HAVE tinnitus on the regular, wanna hear it in a game lol.
