Flamethrower [Resource]

Description
Here comes A Flamethrower Returns, Go hype.

Okay so basically.. the flamethrower itself is very similar to the HD by stats which is very unique addition to your arsenal. All cool but the flamethrower as any unused stuff comes with some limitations. As it's using Flamethrower Weapon params and not being a Generic Weapon here's some of the known limitations that are most likely unfixable. (In case i end up with solution for any it'll be updated)

Here's some FAQ before some smartass decide to ask about it comments:
Q) Helo why don't you use HD flamethrower. That's not a classics return now ; A) I've had plans from completely remodel (Which went out) into Semi-Remake rearranging existing assets from Flamethrower and Sam4 assets, it didn't ended up very well.
Q) Please make reload i want to feel like i play Fayo Cryo ; A) That's hardcoded and can't happen, cry about it.

[.:Known Limitations:.]
* If you have Born To Run skill equipped the weapon will no longer use Sprint animation but it will use Walk instead
* Firing for too long while dual wielding will cause the firing sound completely cut
* The wrong rotation of the clocks while full charged back to idle
* The "Streaming" sound cut during animation transitions
* Projectile doesn't go trough the enemies exactly the way it works in HD, as compensation it has increased damage
* Flames dealing self-damage is a leftover that cannot be disabled

Overall it's a very solid weapon and there's no gamebreaking things to worry about it :^)

Look up for "NSKuber Resource Manager" in the workshop which allows you to acquire or replace any resource weapon

What's the command to get this weapon? This resource is on in my game but i couldn't get it even with cheats.

Apparently weapons using non-generic params like this one have some issues on Engine side that we are not able to prevent or fix

How come that sprinting animation of this weapon works only if you haven't unlocked the "fire while sprinting" skill?
