number issues there currently are, rebalancing is now such a low priority in comparison.
The only way I see to use the abitlities that were in the special ability slot in OG Rome is by using the Toggle special ability key, but the game decides by itself wich ability is the special ability and wich ones are ability 2 and 3, based on a priority rank of sorts. As you know, rally takes a higher priority over the rest of the special abilities, meaning that every time you select a general, the special abilies are relegated to "Toggle unit's second ability", and this is far from ideal.
So my question is: Is there a way to lower the priority of the rally ability so that it never replaces the rest of the special abilities hotkey, and instead takes the place of ability #2?

Oh, and there still a lock on binding things to a small number of certain keys.
If you have an idea of how to fix this, it, too, would be very much appreciated.
