[Final Nitpicks] 2002-2004 Combine NPCs

Final Nitpicks Update: Bumpmaps and selfillum given.

This addon contains four things: 2002 and 2003 combine soldiers using their Beta animations, who can climb, man emplacement guns, jump, and other stuff collected from retail animations to fill in the void alongside more melee animation variety. I've also added in Entropy Zero 2's free head movement for the Combine, so they can finally do their isometric stretches.

Early 2004 soldiers have been added, using retail animations but with beta climbing animations alongside free head movement as well.

Do not ask about the last thing. Don't. It's seriously unfunny.

I recommend you use this alongside the One Epicplayer's addons, such as his citizens, because this addon was made to be paired with that, originally being an extension for his soldiers.
