Heavy Cruiser type VCRH600 (9 Slots)

With gravity control systems finally being developed, the design departure from traditional thrust-gravity is naturally expected. Introducing VFS's newest Heavy Cruiser, the VCRH600 is a sturdy and capable vessel with a focus on survivability and lethality. Features include two meters of armor, large hanger, and a generously sized axial mass driver that utilizes over two thirds of the ship's superstructure. Additionally the 600 series has two large aperture co-axial lasers, enhanced targeting/threat detection arrays, as well as 10 ship-to-ship torpedo launchers (8 fore, 2 aft) to round out it's mission capabilities. Hardpoints for other weapon systems are replete and numerous large mounting surface areas ensures a variety of other systems are available to install. Tough, dependable, and a testament to VFS engineering.
