For everyone who doesnt see the addon working:

It actually works, but only if the hunter npc is ONLY from Episode 2. So basically all you need to do is buy Episode 2, it won't work if the hunter is ported from other addons that add him.

ZBase's hunter can also work, but Episode 2 is still required for better pefromance.

Keep in mind that it doesn't mean it'll work
The way HL2's modding system work has been modified with VPKs, while this mod is older than that

Yeah, Valve remove that because people were downloading & modifying mods that way, but you can still DL them with a program called WorkshopDL

It's a bit to do, but it works fine

How you mean? I cant find it in my addons folder for Gmod and IDK where to get the file
