Extended Outliner

Description
The Extended Outliner mod helps you keep tracking pinned characters. Outliner shows their coats of arms, military strength, hooks, and more.

For advanced users:
1. You can switch between two modes. To do so, right-click the top bar that says Pinned Characters.
2. You can move the Outliner freely. To do so, drag it by its body (blank part).

can put a character portrait next to or before or instead of coa? and can change pinned order easily?

@FUN, I notice that longer names will push the pinned character's age off of the outliner. Would it be possible to guarantee the age is always present, and shorten the name field when necessary?

when i play as someone without an estate or camp the outlier shows domicile that can't be closed or anything. is that supposed to happen?

@FUN, just FYI this is throwing off a bunch of error messages:

[10:53:28][E][pdx_gui_layout.cpp:137]: gui/hud_outliner.gui:386 - Widget cannot have a position in a layout

[10:53:28][E][pdx_gui_gfxtype_textwidget.cpp:451]: gui/hud_outliner.gui:487 - Illegal Property Value: 'fontsize_min' should be greater than 0 and less than 15
