Dutch Flanders and Brabant - Quickfix

Description
A quick fix that makes the "duchies" of Flanders and Brabant Dutch, as they should be.

As I am sure that more and better mods for the low countries will soon emerge, I do not intend to maintain this mod.

To all those people saying that 'they are not Dutch, they're Flemish', well, Flemish is kinda Dutch. Although you're not that wrong, in CK3 that's not how they do it. Otherwise we'd have a 100 cultures in France alone.

some people in these comments are incorrect, historically flanders and brabant where hubs of dutch culture, and as a flemish (antwerpenaar) myself, i believe we are still dutch

I'm Flemish. There was no united Dutch culture in the middle ages, so it should simply not exist at all in game. However, for gameplay and simplicity reasons, I understand they put it in and simply based themselves on the early Ducth language area.

The oldest known written "Dutch" text was written by a Flemish monk: https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebban_olla_vogala

Old Dutch evolved from the language of the Salian Franks, who originally had their heartland in what today is Belgium

Typo: Middle Dutch is rarely refereed to as LOW Franconian

@D.Lagia, not at all. It's perhaps historiographically even more correct. Except maybe in the later (depends on your start date) parts of the game. Generally, transition from Old Dutch (Low Franconian) to Middle Dutch (rarely refered to as Old Franconian) is dated by scholars in the mid-12th century. It would perhaps be more appropriate to speak of Dutch (or better: "Diets") then Old Franconian in that era. But unless you start modding in new cultures and add appropriate events for culture shifts, you'll have to make a choice between the two terms :-)
