ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
Distant Apartment is a reboot of literally my very first map made and published for source engine (which you can find here https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=861050175&searchtext=distant+apartment ). I made it for fun and nostalgia.

This reboot preserves my original concept but applies a lot of skills I’ve picked up over the years. The purpose of this map is mainly scenic, though I have made sure it is suitable for sandbox by keeping it relatively flat and spacious, and providing building areas.

Features
• LDR and HDR with reflections
• Full nodegraph (including on the rooftops, as well as air nodes and strider designated nodes) (note that air nodes alone are not enough for air npcs to move around)

Landmarks breakdown
• Apartment building with 2 rooms (toggle-able lights)
• A chill courtyard
• Explorable abandoned collapsed building
• Spacious square in front of the combine wall
• Wide, flat streets

Yes, there's ground nodes everywhere, even on the roofs. There's also strider nodes.
