Lore
The Peregrin is a somewhat extreme design, running on the edge of its heat and power capacity. This allowed engineers to focus first and foremost on speed and maneuverability, allowing the Peregrin to easily out-maneuver other fighters. For combat, pilots have the option of diverting engine power to other systems, allowing for faster recharge and heat dissipation. This gives the Peregrin greater flexibility than other fighters of its size, allowing it to either outrun or outgun fighters on a wim.

Notes
- Do not use the gatlings at max speed. This is over 450 m/s, which is the speed of gatling projectiles. If you fire, you will destroy your weapons.
- Combat speed is recommended for combat, which will allow for faster power recharge and heat dissipation. This is mostly useful for using the AP weapons, as the gatlings can fire for a decent period of time before needing to rest. Switching to combat speed will lower the max speed to a little over 300 m/s, which is still very useful.

This is a lot of fun to zip around in. Surprisingly toothy for its size -- in more ways than one!
