Extended Story: No Bounties

Description
Prevents bounty missions from occuring on Extended Story planets, since you need special EPPs to go on those.


... Except Halloween planets. Bounties can still occur there, since they're harmless.

Weird... I cancelled all my Bounties and started up new ones and I got one on a Supervoid planet anyway...

doesn't extended story need to be a requirement?
