GL Tiled Path

Description
GL Tiled Pedestrian Path

Bug Fixed. If you have already subscribed to this article, please unsubscribe and subscribe again. Thank you

New Tiled Pedestrian Path. This one has light colored faience with orange edges. For lighting I use my GL Lamppost . Into the Tunnel section it uses my Ceiling Light .

It's a fully rendered network with:
Ground Segment
Elevated Segment with glazed fence
Closed glazed Bridge Segment
Slope Structure decorated inside
Tunnel Segment

Updated 08/06/2020
I have placed the GL Glasses in a separate article to prevent them from disappearing from this path

Recommendation
Like other networks of this style, due to the characteristics of the used shader, the Ground Section of the GL Tiled Path works best on completely flat surfaces.

advice
The glazed sections are filled with translucent props. If you don't want them to disappear from the middle distance view, you'll have to adjust the Transparency LODs Fix MOD, setting the PROP LOD factor Multiplier to 300 (minimum) and the PROP LOD Distance Multipler to 0.3 (minimum). See the picture below.

Optional
- Provide lampposts with orange light. The game doesn't have a suitable orange light effect for these lampposts but it can be changed, for which you will need the Custom Effect Loader MOD. Read this thread GL Lamppost .
- I have designed GL BLight to put light under elevated sections. To do this, if you want, edit the path in the asset editor, click the corresponding tab, Lane section, add the focus light as a new prop as I show in the following image. (If you put a 0 or a 1 in the 'repeat distance' field box the light will always be in the center of any segment. Although I particularly prefer 24 0 30m)

Highly recommended MOD,s:
- Find It!
- Prop Precision
- Move It!
- Prop Snapping
- Network Skins 2
- Prop Line Tool
- Network Tiling
- Transparency LODs Fix

No. Just build the elevated path (PgUp) and update it with the Update Button like any other road

Hi! How I can place the cover path in the bridge?
ManuRamos  [author] 15 May, 2021 @ 1:58am
You must change the elevated mode for the Brige mode in the FINE ROAD TOOL MOD console

Sorry for the question but how you create the closed elevated bridge? I cannot find it as "Network" in Find it.

If you notice, the glasses overlap. That is why I have made that vertical drawing, to camouflage the overlap

This kind of structures cannot be done as a Network, but rather as fixed assets.
