First, the only way to supply the pub is by ship. Because there is only a path connection, supply by truck simply won't work. Okay, fine, I setup a tiny ship to supply the alcohol and all is well.
Second, with Crime & Justice enabled, there doesn't appear to be a way for police cars to patrol the pub. I watch as the unpatrolled crimes keeps rising. This is a problem.
4. Wooden oil loading/unloading pier (300 m to 600 m long)
5. Jetty's and breakwaters structures would be great decorations to place near the piers.

Idea I got from early 1900's Houston Ship Chanel
Small river ports (cargo stations and different types of storage's with water and land access) with that can be placed at the river banks. For all types of cargo. (Variation in length of ports, for ships up to ~250 m long)
1. Very long deep-water pier (Cargo Station) 500 m up to ~1000 m long with a double track railroad going to the end of pier. In the wider end part of the pier could have: Teamster office and facilities an small cranes.
In the coastal end part : double railroad track, road connection , 4 vehicle parking spaces, 4 factory connections (Single FC. directed out of the both sides and two going straight).
The others probably can't.
