I'll try to check if less bright texture will help, especially the sun-sided part does look quite bright, but I could only try that tommorow, since its getting late today.
If I could offer an idea: a little reduction of the textures' brightness or lightness (a bit darker than looks right in the image editor) might appear in-game as "toned down" (less bright) like another person described. In Cities Skylines, the models' textures have to be made a *lot* darker than you intend them to be. White buildings in particular are insanely difficult to get the lighting right. I gave up on white lol. Maybe fiddling with texture brightness / white levels and see what happens in this game might be something to experiment with when making your next creation! :)
