Dota 2 But Custom Constants

Description
The host player can set a fixed percentage of constants. HOW: At the settings, the experience rate actually changes constants rate. By default is 150%, change it for less or more as you like. The default experience rate is 150%.

Constants are everthing with numbers at abilities and items: Damage, bonus and base stats, duration, interval, percentage, multipliers, delay, AoE, final range, projectiles speed, vision range, channeling time, etc.

Some abilities and items values are named integers instead of constants, so it's not a bug if you hero ability is dealing normal damage or stun... It's just Dota being Dota.

It random every constant separately

Does the random constant mode change each thing separately or does it do like a randomly chosen 200% constant for all items and abilities

That is the spirit of the mode. Increasing or decreasing the constants have exponential impacts in different heroes. It's not possible for me to balance, since it's modified by a simple filter script. If I manually change an ability to fit one side, the other side will be useless, reversing a problem and still a problem. It just kills the idea of the mode.

So I recommend to set the constant rate at 50% to 300% ( after 300% some items are really broken )

That's why I honestly recommend the Random Constant mode. It's just perfect since you won't always have high or low constant, it keep changing.

Can you perhaps reverse it? Like make it so for illusion abilities specifically ? Or is there some other algorithm in place I don't know about that makes that impossible

Also I think Jakiro's Q, and lycans wolves are broken as it goes higher up in numbers. Otherwise we were having a grand old time (except for the spawncamping LOL)

Maybe illusions in general are the problem. If I'm not wrong, almost every abilities with illusion have different properties and tooltip. Example: The ability say that an illusion deal 40% damage, in reality is coded as 60% damage reduction. So increasing the constants actually decrease the damage, in this example to 90%.

Honestly, I think it can't be solved.

actually illusions just don't work, they do like no damage and take massive damage
