In heaven's Graphics overhaul: No fog

Description
This is an extra mod for my mod: In heaven's Graphics overhaul.

Mod removes white fog for those who don't like it. Use it together with the main mod.

It also works with the lite version (retains Ironman and multiplayer compatibility).

Great work @in heaven! Any hopes of a mod removing the map transparency on Political mode?
