How To: Use Unlisted Particle Effects in Particle Attacher and fix Time Warp and Green Black Hole effects (Particle Attacher)

Since the Particle Attacher hasn't been updated for long, and the Time Warp and Green Black Hole effects don't work, and the new effects haven't been added into the list yet, I have found a way around it, by taking a read through comments and with the help of the Particle Editor. Take a read if you can't wait for the update and want to get the new effects to work with the Particle Attacher now!

Note: Particle Attacher owned by Lord Dude! I take NO credit at all! I will just show you how to work around and get the new effects and the Time Warp and Green Black Hole to work!

Using new particles

Alright. So, let's begin this guide. So, I've found out the names of the particle effects via the Particle Editor, which I accessed with the help of the internet. So..
Step 1: Go to menu and select Particle Attacher.

Alright, so as you can see, I've marked a field with a red square.

Step 2: Now, you just enter the new particle effect that you want. Here are the new particle effect names (you can just ctrl + c then ctrl + v in-game):
unusual_fullmoon_cloudy_secret - A Secret to Everybody
unusual_crisp_spotlights - Miami Nights
unusual_hearts_bubbling - Cloud 9
unusual_orbit_cards_teamcolor_blue - Aces High (BLU)
unusual_orbit_cards_teamcolor_red - Aces High (RED)
unusual_orbit_cash - Dead Presidents
unusual_spotlights - Disco Beat Down
unusual_zap_green - Terror-Watt
unusual_zap_yellow - Kill-a-Watt

Also, I've found a 2 more particle effects that semt awesome to me. I don't know if they're listed, and you probably already know these, but here it is (they are UNUSUED in TF2):
unusual_sparkler_green
unusual_sparkler_orange

Try them out!

Step 3: Just enter any of these effects in the box, then just put it on your hat!

That's all!

Fixing Time Warp and Green Black Hole

Alright. So now, on to fixing Time Warp and Green Black Hole particle effects. So.
Step 1: Once again open the menu and select Particle Attacher. Now, select the Time Warp (or Green Black Hole) effect.

Step 2: Rename it to:

unusual_robot_time_warp

For Green Black Hole it would be unusual_robot_time_warp2

Step 3: Attach it to your hat.

That's all there is to it!

I know this is an old guide, but I can't seem to get Miami nights or Disco Beat Down to work at all. Any help with that?

oh, well i did find a particle list if you need it (or anyone else) as it includes most of the unusual effects (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/List_of_TF2_Particles) or just searching 'TF2 particles' might get you more results

Hey, I, sadly, can't help you, the guide was done about 2 years ago and I barely use GMOD anymore :( But try reinstalling it, and all the workshop files completely perhaps? You can do it by going to garrysmod -> addons folder and deleting all the files (don't delete folders if you have any)

Most effects don't work anymore, sadly. Read the comment below yours mate. :( It's sad, I don't even know the reason.

Drag on the words, then rename it. As I tested like 1 week ago, the particles (most of them) are bugged however.
