No it has no AI Nodes NPCS get easly confused in this kind of terrain.

Do i need Counter Strike or Episode Two?
No, you dont need anything if i packed all correctly everything should show normally.

I was in a wood cabin, just walking and pressing e on stuff and then i heard wood braking behind me, it scared the crap outa me so i left the game in less then a second, am i high or is there something with that cabin?
