1. A person who operates a motor vehicle in an aggressive and unorthodox manner, consisting of, but not limited to, drifting, burnouts, doughnuts as well as acts of automotive aeronautics. One who hoons.


The Hoonigan Donut Garage (located in Long Beach, California) Is the Headquarters of Hoogian Media Machine, a part of Hoonigan Racing division, responsible for the Gymkhana videos, merchandise, and the brands Personal YouTube channel.
The Hoonigan YouTube channel is partly responsible for this particular building being famous, The Daily Transmission series has seen fans watch many cars turn the parking lot into a makeshift burnout pad. Everything from purpose built race cars, to the companies $500 BMW project car "Sh*tcar"
