Report a translation problem
You posted a few months ago, so you might already know all this. But in the spirit of helping:
1. This is actually the TEST version of the mod. The author uses it while he is debugging, but it's not meant for public use. For his full version mod you can follow this link. Additional Lighting The mod works great.
2. For your future needs, if a mod listing does not offer you a MOD ID you can do the following: Right click on the page description area and select "Copy page URL". Paste that someplace where you can read the full URL. I normally just paste it in the comment section since it's close by. In the case of this page, it is - https://steamoss.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1401972047&searchtext=light - From there you simply pull out the number in the URL. This one would be 1401972047. This IS the MOD ID.

They don't require fuel/electricity by default, but that can be changed in the ini options.
