Is there a model for creating avatars from scratch? I would love to get a chance to make custom avatars in sfm based on the sonic forces options

I was wondering where I can find more body parts to make Avatars with. I've seen one for feet [www.deviantart.com], I've seen a video with a female avatar with a unique body shape and over on Gamebanana there's mods for Avatar body parts [gamebanana.com]

I just want to know that other than what's provided in the 3.0 pack where other places to get Avatar parts. Or if there is a guide to convert .pac into .smd or .qci
