Description
Adds commands for exporting/importing terrain to/from images.

/export = save current layer in the world to a .png
/exportall = saves all layers in one .png
/import = replace current layer from a file

Import commands can take a lot of time depending on how many tiles it have to change, from a second to 4+ minutes (per layer). Due to how the game saves it will also slow down closing the game the more tiles that have been changed from the original ones (the game only saves changed tiles).

/clearall = remove all items, creatures, corpses, doodads and tile events. Makes it a blank slate pretty much.

To use with terrain from mods (or with your own colors), you need to:
  • run /generate to save a copy of the config file with all modded terrains added (DO NOT save in the workshop folder as I think that resets every time you start the game)
  • modify the colors as you see fit. It's hex strings but without the 0x part in front (may be weird, but that is what the paint.net color picker gives you and that was what I happened to be using while I made this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
  • in the game use /loadconfig and point it to the new file you made
  • use the import*/export* commands as usual

The default config is preconfigured with troposphere terrain.

Make sure you save your edited pic as a 24 bit png. The mod does not check if the format is right, it will either error out or import all wrongly

I changed the default color for RedCarpet (conflicted with Obsidian), be aware anyone that is currently working on a map
